Show your support for Pilchuck Glass School and join us for our first-ever Pilchuck Picnic fundraiser!
Purchase a time slot for your group of family and friends (up to six people) for an exclusive tour of Pilchuck Glass School's scenic, private campus. Following the tour, you'll enjoy a lovely picnic (complete with wine!) and have the opportunity to watch renowned glass artists work in the iconic Hot Shop. To ensure the safety of our visitors, artists and staff, space for this exclusive experience will be limited, and tickets will be sold as available.

TOUR
In addition to getting a behind-the-scenes look at our facilities, you’ll visit the Chihuly Cabin, Buster Simpson’s Treehouse, the Trojan Horse and other campus landmarks. Pilchuck Glass School’s picturesque campus is on a tree farm with uneven terrain, unpaved pathways, and stairs, so we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes.
PICNIC
Enjoy a intimate picnic in our beautiful campus quad. We’ll provide wine, charcuterie and other delicious treats!
Timing for tours and picnics can be somewhat flexible depending on your group's preference: if your group would like to have longer hot shop viewing and picnic time, that is doable – and vise versa!
COST
The cost for this event is $500 for a group of up to six. Due to the pandemic, we are selling tickets in groups, of up to six people. Each purchaser is responsible for securing their own guests. Whether two or six attend is up to you and your comfort level - however the price is fixed.
2021 PILCHUCK PICNIC ARTISTS
Pilchuck Glass School is pleased to recognize artist Sean Hogan and the artists of the Gray Barn Studio:Jimmy Anderegg, Conor McClellan, and Megan Stelljes as Pilchuck’s Pilchuck Picnic Artists. Individually, these artists are known for their incredible skill and have been a part of the Pilchuck community in many capacities; as students, instructors, staff, and gaffers. During the Pilchuck Picnic, each artist will display examples of their latest designs, create new work, and welcome the public to observe.
We hope you’ll join us for this fun event in support of Pilchuck Glass School!
